Congratulations on the 50th anniversary of the sister city relationship with Walla Walla City.

My husband and I attended the 45th anniversary trip to Walla Walla with our first-grade grandson. We stayed at the home of the female student who stayed at our house before. She was a very stylish girl at that time but now she is a college student and has grown into an even more wonderful woman. During the parade and the Goodbye Party, other students who stayed at our house came to see us and we had a happy time. I think it was a wonderful experience for my grandchild, too. I would like to see the growth of each of them when I am able to go to Walla Walla again.
