It’s already been four and a half years since I visited Walla Walla. I heard that it has been 50 years since Walla Walla and Sasayama formed a partnership this year, and I was surprised and delighted by the length of their history. I can’t meet the host in Walla Walla directly now, but I’ve been in contact with them regularly and I feel that it was a really good experience. Because of CORONA we may not be able to come and go freely, and your direct involvement may diminish, hopefully, I hope that the next generation will also experience this kind of experience.
